PCTGA Headquarters & Staff

Denise Calabrese, CAE, Executive Director:

As Executive Director, Denise works with the board of directors to develop a yearly work plan that recognizes and implements the goals of PCTGA, as well as approves an annual budget; provides facilitative support to the board of directors and committees.

Lisa M. Ruggiers, Associate Executive Director:

As associate executive director, Lisa works with the executive director on the above duties.

Angela Burkett, Membership Director:

The Membership Director’s responsibilities include membership retention and recruitment, database management and other duties as required.

Lori Zelesko, Events Director:

The role of the Events Director includes planning and execution of events; discussing and interacting with potential speakers, making all arrangements for speakers'; researching potential event sites in a location; arranging for all related services with hotel or other vendors; continuing arrangements with the property (hotel) throughout the execution of the event; working with database and registration staff; attending the event and providing on-site support as requested by the Executive Director; and any other duties as required.

Michelle Keyser, Director of Communications:

The Director of Communications is responsible for overseeing all staff-directed communication efforts on behalf of the organization including electronic communications with members as well as the PCTGA website and its maintenance. Michelle writes and distributes press releases, responds to all media requests, oversees the PA Trees for Troops program and coordinates the PA State Christmas Tree donation program. She also coordinates other programs and handles other communications functions as required.

Courtney Kuntz, Assistant Communications Director:

The Assistant Communications Director works with the Communications Director to implement promotional schedules and is also responsible for overseeing all e-communications, marketing materials and website management.

Tim Minnick, Communications Associate:

The Communications Associate is responsible for all e-communications, marketing materials and social media for PCTGA.

Sam Dougherty, Communications & Advertising Associate:

Sam handles all advertising and exhibitor programs for the association.

Jamie Hoffman, Events Associate:

Jamie assists the Events Director in the planning and execution of events.

Jennifer Swartz, Finance Administrator:

Jennifer is responsible for the finances of the association and handles all accounts payable and receivable.

Leona Wagner, Database Management Administrator:

Leona is responsible for all database entry and updating all information to include receiving membership renewals, applications, and event registrations. She serves as the primary staff member for processing credit cards via virtual terminal and as primary support for membership, finance, and events.

Krista Olewine, Finance Specialist:

Krista works closely with the Finance Administrator and is responsible for creating and distributing client invoices as requested, credit card processing and following up on all outstanding payments and issues related to processed payments.

Joci Sykes, Office Specialist:

Joci serves as the primary administrative contact.
